September through October 20X1 - Welcome, Class of 20X4!
The new school year at Liberta Duel Academy is here! Students - new and returning - are adjusting to their school life and getting themselves settled in. The entrance ceremony presented the principal's address, spoke of Dorm Rankings, and introduced the Student Council. Alongside the standard Master Duels, the experimental "Specialty Duels" were announced to those new to the academy. So unpack; duel a fellow or two; explore the academy and the city of Silvershine! Action; adventure; slice of life; it's up to you! How will you have yours unfold?
Messy, bright red hair, modifies his uniform to be as casual as possible, and always has the tie super loose- if he even remembered to wear the darn thing. Often seen wearing headphones- noise cancelling headphones, specifically, which can make getting his attention difficult.

Jack would describe himself as an artist first and a duelist second. While he enjoys dueling, he feels most at home with a pencil and sketchbook in hand. Jack prefers to take things easy instead of making every little thing a solemn affair- which puts him in stark contrast with some of the other students who take dueling with absolute seriousness. In short, he's just a chill guy who likes to draw.
HISTORY
Jack is the son of two Americans who moved from southern California to Silva. Jack developed a love of drawing and superhero comics at a very early age, drawing his favorite comic heroes whenever he had the time. Of course, in a country dominated by the Kaiba Corporation, it only made sense that he’d get swept up in the global obsession with Duel Monsters. Jack discovered the HERO cards and immediately gravitated towards them due to his love of superheroes (he used a rather underwhelming Zombyra The Dark deck before he started using HEROes).
Jack's parents were always supportive of Jack's interests and ambitions. When he told them his dream was to illustrate Duel Monster cards and design characters popular enough to make comics based on them, they were more than happy to put him on track to realize his goal. While Jack wasn't exactly a Dueling wunderkind, he was competent enough both in game and on written exams to make it to B-Ranking and join House Legold with his Fusion-centric strategy.
