Keeping this simple, these are not so much "forms" as they are "guides" for using our Discord's
#roleplay-requests channel and
#forum-request channel to submit specific requests.
These show the information that's needed to complete your requests.
#roleplay-requests ChannelLooking for a roleplay partner? Through experience, I've found that finding a roleplay partner is easier if you seek out individuals personally.
If that's not your thing, however, the
#roleplay-requests Channel can help get the request out to anyone that checks it and is available.
This one's simple:
- Character Name(s): (The name of your character(s) that you're using - or would like to present as options - to RP with.)
- Character Sheet/Profile URL(s): (A link to that character's Character Profile)
- Looking For: (Specifications, if any, like the type of RP you want to do; stories you want to tell; if you want a duel involved - things like that.)
- Contact Method: (How would you like to be notified of a response to this: through "DMs"? Would you like to be "tagged"[the "@" tag]? Or is "any" of them okay?
REMEMBER: The #roleplay-requests channel is not for discussing your RPs. You can discuss them in either #roleplaying, or in your DMs.

Character Profile: Approval Request
- Name of character and link to profile wanting approval

Character Profile: Edit Request (For modifying or adding onto your profiles)
- Name of character and link to profile
- Text being taken out of profile, if any
- ("code" tag)new text - like a nickname - or whatever change being put in("/code" tag)
- Where you want to put the new text (Be very clear/specific)
Deck Change Request (2,500 DP[if already own 1 Deck] / 4,500 DP[if already own "Second Deck" Trait])
- Name of character and link to profile
- Currently active deck theme(s)
- (If you own "Second Deck") Targeted Deck to be removed
- New Deck theme
- New Ace Monster(s)
Second Deck (2,000 DP)
- Name of character and link to profile

Dorm Change Request (5,000 DP)
- Name of character and link to profile

Duel Spirit (2,000 DP)

Duel Ability (8,000 DP)
- Name of character and link to profile
- Duel Ability's name
Alternate Card Name Request (3,000 DP per playset) (Max. Limit of 2 Alt. Card Names per character)
- Name of character and link to profile
- Full official name of card (link, if you think I might need it)
- Custom name that's replacing the above
- World region this card name originated from (RP lore - can be fictional with a bit of background for my understanding)
- (If you already have 2 alt. card names) Which name request you want to overwrite
Alternate Card Art: Unlimited Playsets (3,000 DP)
- Name of character and link to profile

RP Thread Complete (Thread MUST state that it has concluded; This request must be made within 14 days of the thread's completion.)
- Thread Type: Standard RP thread or Event/C-Arc thread?
- Link: Link to the completed RP thread

- NPC-Handling?: (If "Yes," also list the user(s) who played as an NPC for you)
- Duel? (If "Yes," list what kind of duel [Master Duel, Specialty Duel, Other] and which characters were involved)
- Duel Abilities Used?: (If "Yes," name it.)

DP Transfer (Fee: 500 DP)- DP Withdrawal Character Account(s) (link to each account DP will be taken from)
