Liberta Duel Academy is set in the city of Silvershine located in a fictional small country known as Silva, somewhere along the western coastside of Europe.
September through October 20X1 - Welcome, Class of 20X4!
The new school year at Liberta Duel Academy is here! Students - new and returning - are adjusting to their school life and getting themselves settled in. The entrance ceremony presented the principal's address, spoke of Dorm Rankings, and introduced the Student Council. Alongside the standard Master Duels, the experimental "Specialty Duels" were announced to those new to the academy. So unpack; duel a fellow or two; explore the academy and the city of Silvershine! Action; adventure; slice of life; it's up to you! How will you have yours unfold?
Kazama's usual appearance consists of a black school uniform over a shirt (with the top few buttons unbuttoned) and a loosely tied red tie. Hideki didn't bother to represent his dorm's colors so the most you'd see of him sporting the Teal stripes are the actual stripes on one of his Liberta school uniforms. He usually tops off his clothing combinations with a few also loosely tied black belts around his wardrobe, adding some personal flair to his look.
PERSONALITY
LIKES:
- Winning
- Spicy food
- Early mornings
DISLIKES:
- Lazynes
- Complaining
- Self pitty
With a temper often described as nasty Hideki Kazama is hot headed, explosive and arrogant. Him excelling at almost anything he got his hands on from and early age played it's part in both his feeling of superiority over others as well as his lack of regard for the conventional authority figures like his parents. Hideki loves and values winning and victory seemingly above anything else and his main motivation and drive is to become the next King of Games. He prefers to be called by his family name perhaps mostly out of habit since people throughout his school years usually referred to him as only 'Kazama'.
HISTORY
Born into a family that is by all means and accounts average Hideki stood out ever since he was old enough to walk and talk. He excelled at school, at sports, among his peers and was generally 'good at everything'. As much as any parent expects and wishes for the best for his child this still came as a sort of surprise to Hideki's parents. However, soon the results started showing. Hideki became self confident to the point of arrogance and soon not even his parents held much authority over him and he developed a pretty nasty temper.
At a relatively young age he like many other kids discovered his passion for dueling, though Hideki's passion for the sport was so great that it exceeded all of his other interests and they quickly took a back seat. Unsurprisingly young Hideki proved to be as proficient in dueling as he was with anything else and he seemed he was only getting better. It was clear to everyone what the boy's career choice was gonna be and no one was surprised when he chose a dueling school as a continuation of his education. Hideki's 'notorious superiority' and his kinda trash attitude landed him with a few friends, and even those few were but mere suck ups that tended to follow and hang around with 'The next king of games' for popularity sake.
Hideki aced his written entrance exam as well as the practical portion of it without losing a single life point in the duel. He was (somewhat ironically) landed into the House of Unity though he seems to be the complete opposite of everything the house represents.
