Outside a relatively new bubble tea café, there sits a medium-sized iron sculpture, sat upon a bench. Though rough indeed, the silhouette it cut bore a clear and striking resemblance to one of the members of the Elemental HERO family, unsurprisingly, Bubbleman, taking a leisurely sip of tea whilst holding up a sign of daily specials upon what appeared to be a chalkboard. The sign was Solid Vision, of course, but the retro feel brought a feeling of nostalgia along with it. The shop had ordered a commission from one Tetsuji Metalworks, hoping the statue would help to draw in more customers, which it, of course, did! Children asked their parents to hoist them up to clutch the HERO's arm, young teens posed on the bench, mimicking the statue for pictures to post on social media. It was a hit!

This, however, would beg the question of why in Ra's name would there be someone furiously pacing in front of it, muttering under his breath, "Dammit, dammit, dammit!" The pacing intensified. "I can't believe I let them get away! I swear, when I get my hands on them, I'll...I'll-!" The young man, one Akira Tetsuji, lets out a cry of anguish.

You see, the reason for these theatrics lie upon the statue itself, for you see, it had been...vandalized. Swatches of various spray paints dotted the sculpture's legs, while still dripping slashes of white, black, and purple made into crude tags on the arms. For heaven's sake, they gave the man a mustache! Akira had, of course, seen the deed being done in progress. They had been young punks in casual clothes much like his own, though they had fled at the sight of this scorned apprentice smith running headlong at them, shouting his head off.

His cry unheard, or more likely ignored by the crowds, Akira falls to his knees in anguish. "Forgive me, pops...I've failed ya as an apprentice...hm?" He blinks, having caught something out of the corner of his eye. The tie seemed familiar, the shoes...a jacket...that's it!

"YOU-" Akira bolts upright and rushes the figure, grabbing them by the shoulders, looking down to make eye contact, gold eyes burning with rage, "Back at the scene of the crime, eh? Thought I'd be gone by now, eh? Where's your buddies now, huh? They run scared back to their mama? Huh, huh?!"

Looks like for one Doku Shi, it was gonna be a long day.
